Dear Sir/Mademe,

SUBJECT: Urgent appeal to save Baloch lives from execution by savage Irani-regime.

A 17 years old teenager Baloch, Saeed Kmbarzahi along with other Balochs namely Mr. Jaavad Naroee, Mr.Masood Nusratzai, Mr. Hoshing Shehenwazai, Mr.Yahyaa Sohrabzai, Mr. Ali Raza Brahoe & others are behind bars to face "Public-execution" in Iran.

We the political parties of Balochistan-Iran passionately appeal to you
to take ! the necessary actions, urgently, to stop execution of an innocent
17 years old Baloch teenager Mr. Saeed Kamberzai by the Iranian regime.

According to yesterday's press interview of Zahedan`s well known anti-Baloch MP Mr. H. Shahryari, there are about 700 Baloch detainees in the hands of revolutionary armed forces of Iran, who are in the execution queue, of which this teenager is one of them, as his photos along-with others were released by the government's local TV in Zahedan, Balochistan.

It is reported that he is in great danger of being executed by hanging in Zahedan by the regime. He was sentenced to death without any shred of credible evidence. He was charged with utterly false allegations of the
so-called, "being involved in outlawed activities." !!!

The matter of fact is that Balochs dislike fascist Shia regime of Tehran and are "the prisoners of their own conscience." Irani Balochs are struggling for their human rights and civil rights on the platform of " Balochistan National Movement of Iran" under the heroic leader-ship of Mr. Regi whom Iranian Mullha regime remember
with different odd names.

The innocent Baloch teenager Mr Saeed Kamberzai`s only crime is that he belongs to the same clan and has blood relations-ship with Mr. Regi Jan, the leader of "Balochistan National Movement of Iran" i.e. the ex-Jandollah who are struggling for Baloch civil rights in Iran. It shows that his arrest is totally illegal and all the alleged charges are fabrications. Hence his trial speeded up contrary to all standard norms of fair trial practiced in the whole world, except in Iran. His trial unquestionably mounts to a summary trial and inhumane sentence of "public-execution".

Baloch people In Iran are discriminated in all aspects of life, even in the process of provision of justice. The Iranian regime made the situation in Balochistan dire and people are made subject to draconian measures. Arbitrary mass arrests, followed by sever torture, summary trials of Balochs in Balochistan are widespread and the acceleration of such unjust and cruel practices by the Mullha regime of Iran on ! Baloch people is self-evident.

In the past month alone, over a hundred innocent Balochs were rounded up and were being tortured in and around Zahidan jails. Every week there are executions of innocent Balochs in the broad day of light in open squares of Zaheedan. The regime executes these inhumane executions in public places with full publicity to terrorize Baloch people with the motive to severely frighten the masses and bring them into total control & submission, a very old barbaric tactic practiced by ancient Iranian or Roman Empires!!!

We once again with tears and appeal to your kind honour to promptly use all your powers under your control, to take necessary actions in order to spare the life of 17 years innocent Baloch teenager Mr Saeed Kamberzai
along-with the above mentioned innocent Balochs from execution in the hands of the Iranian regime.

We look forward to the democratic regimes of the world ....including India, United States, European Union and others, to kindly intervene in this humanitarian issue and oblige the Iranian regime to respect the Human
Rights of their citizens and let the innocent Balochs of Iran to live in a free atmosphere.

Regards,

Khan Jan Baloch & others,
Friends of Balochs,
European Union.

EU open to talks with Iran

The new UN sanctions include banning Iranian arms exports and freezing assets [AFP]

The EU foreign policy chief says he hopes to resume negotiations with Iran following the UN decision to impose new sanctions aimed at forcing Tehran to curb its nuclear programme.

But Javier Solana also voiced concerns on the fate of the 15 British soldiers held by Iran as the British ambassador to Tehran demanded their release on Sunday.

Solana said he is seeking immediate talks with Iran's leading negotiator, Ali Larijani.
"We want to get in touch with Dr Larijani, this morning if we can, to try to find a route that would allow us to go into the negotiations," Solana told reporters on the sidelines of a European Union summit.
"The door is open for negotiations, let's see if together we can go through."
Solana said talks with Larijani would seek to "prepare a route that leads to a negotiated solution to this conflict".

Solana issued a statement on Saturday night, immediately after the UN resolution was passed in New York, that confirmed the continued "twin track" approach by the Europeans, US and other world powers.
That involves gradually imposing tougher sanctions if Iran fails to halt uranium enrichment but offering negotiations on economic and political advantages for Iran if it falls into line.
"We want to be as generous as possible," Solana said.

Diplomatic efforts

Solana led largely unsuccessful international diplomatic efforts for months to persuade Iran to stop uranium enrichment before the UN first decided to impose sanctions in December.
He last met with Larijani at a security conference last month in Munich, and the two have spoken once on the telephone since then.

Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Germany's foreign minister, also urged Iran to comply with UN resolutions "in order to clear the way for the start of negotiations".

The sanctions, approved unanimously by the Security Council, include banning Iranian arms exports and freezing the assets of 28 people and organisations involved in Iran's nuclear and missile programmes.
Iran says its nuclear programme is aimed at peaceful uses such as producing electricity, but the US and Europeans fear it could be used to make nuclear weapons.

British soldiers

International pressure is mounting on Tehran to free the 15, who were seized in the Shatt al-Arab waterway between Iran and Iraq on Friday as they conducted "routine" anti-smuggling operations.
Solana reiterated the EU's concern about the fate of the sailors and marines. He insisted the crisis over the seizure of the seamen should not be linked to the nuclear issue.

"I don't think that this should be mixed, one thing with the other," he said, reflecting European concerns that Iran might take a tougher line on the captured Britons if the sanctions were adopted.

Immediate release

Meanwhile, Britain's ambassador to Tehran, on Sunday, asked to see the soldiers and demanded that they be released.

Geoffrey Adams met foreign ministry officials after his return to Iran, a British diplomat told AFP.
"He asked them for information about where the 15 British sailors are being detained and the possibility of meeting them," he said.
"He also demanded their immediate release."
However, the Iranian officials did not say where the Britons were, the diplomat said.
Iran said on Saturday that the 15 had admitted to violating its territorial waters.

Israel welcomes

Also on Sunday, Israel said it welcomed the UN Security Council decision to put new sanctions on Iran.
"There is no doubt that this resolution is a step up in international efforts to stop Iran's nuclear programme," Ehud Olmert, Israel's prime minister, said.

"We can already say that the previous resolutions ... have considerably influenced not only the international community's approach, but also Iran's conduct."

Israel, widely considered the Middle East's sole if undeclared nuclear power, considers Iran its number one enemy following repeated calls by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iran's president, for Israel to be wiped off the map.
