Ladies and gentleman;
Today we have gathered here to protest and oppose the injustices of
the barbaric regime of Iran against the prosecution and killing of our
people who are rising and demanding their humanistic and national
democratic rights.
By being a Baloch, and saying “our people” I do not mean just our
Baloch people, I mean the people of Iran which include Arabs, Baloch,
Persians, Kurds, Turks ,Turkmen etc.., who live in Iran a
multinational country.
There is an old saying: If even poverty fairly distributed it is
justice”.
While every body is suffering from not having their basic human rights
observed, which as a result millions of Iranians have chosen to flee
Iran and live in exile, Unfortunately our Arabs, Baloch, Kurds, Azeri
Turks and Turkmen are facing additional suffering, just for not having
the same language, culture and even the same religion of what the
ruling elite of Pan-Farsisms have. So far for nearly a century, all
types of the ruling elites of Pan-Farsisms, crowned and turbaned, have
consistently, constitutionally and institutionally tried to eliminate
other nations and forcibly assimilate all cultural and linguistic
diversity in Iran into ONE Nation’s culture, language and religion
i.e. Persianisation.
Since then, the
oppressed nations have continued their resistance to defend their
national Identities in different ways and there have never ever been a
peaceful stability and volunteer unity in Iran. And never ever not
only local even regional stability and peace will be without having
fairly solved this chronic and historical national injustice in Iran.
The international
relations and in general the fast developing Information Communication
Technologies such as the advent of the internet and the emergence of
satellite TV and radio, are playing a vital role in today’s
irreversible process of self-awakening to the growing sense of
national identity which the daily hanging and shooting to kill of
several young Baloch under various accusations by the regime’s famous
injustice courts and armed forces in Balochistan, the sentencing to
death penalty of tens of Ahwazi Arabs political prisoners, the
barbaric killings of Showan Qaaders in Kurdistan and killing and
sentencing to jail of many Azeri Turks nationalists and political
activists are the crystal clear evidence of rising a tough
determination of the oppressed nations in Iran for establishing a new
era in Iran which is the establishment of the right of self
determination for the nations under oppression in Iran.
In our view having a
stable democracy in the region is not feasible without solving this
social and political issue through a democratic process in Iran.
Notably, the shadow and the heat wave of the barbaric regime’s
atrocities with regard to the human rights violation has stretched
itself from its borders and has become not only the regional but a
global threat to the peace and stability.
With the unity of the
oppressed nations to have our strong audible voice, together with the
progressive Persians, we can achieve our national sovereignty rights
and bring fundamental humanistic and democratic changes in Iran.
Once more, we salute to all of those who sacrificed their lives for
our democratic rights in Iran, and strongly condemn the death penalty
in all types such as hanging or stoning, by the Islamic courts of
justice in Iran. We strongly urge the unconditional release of all
political prisoners with emphasizes on the recent days Ahwazi Arabs
political prisoners with death penalty charges.
I finish with a poem
from our Baloch national poet; late Ataashaad who says:
Tao pa saraani
god’d’agaa zenday hayaalaanaa kohay?
Pa sendagaa daasht-a kanay pollaan cha bou taalaaniaa?
By chopping the heads
do you intend to destroy the thoughts of life?
By cutting the flowers can you stop their spreading aroma?
